- Enter the Monoideal state
- Meditation is resistance training for Monoidealism ⇒ improves the ability to start focusing on one thing for 25 minutes. If you can make it there, the flow will start, and now the goal is remaining in the Monoideal state
- Enter this state at a regular interval, and it becomes easier to continue doing so
